Mary-Kate O'Leary, MA

Executive Director

Mary Kate is a 20 + year experienced Executive Director providing oversight to A Wish Come True. Her wealth of knowledge as a nonprofit leader and her own experience of having a sick sibling gives her the ability to connect to the community we serve and our Wish Families.​

Kelly Bolton

Wish Coordinator

Kelly comes to us with extensive experience in the travel industry. Her previous experience includes time as a Coordinator, Production and Distribution Supervisor and Business Development Manager with Collette Travel Agency. Kelly was recently also a Business Operation Supervisor with AAA Northeast. Kelly’s experience coupled with her passion and enthusiasm make her a great fit for A Wish Come True. Kelly will be primarily responsible for coordinating all wishes and providing supervision and guidance to the Family Support Worker.

Lisa Connell

Finance &
Administration Manager

We are very excited to have Lisa Connell join our amazing team as the Finance and Administration Manager. Lisa has spent over thirteen years as the Director of Finance/Operations and Human Resources for the Alzheimer's Association RI Chapter and then their New England Regional Finance Manager. Prior to that, Lisa was the Finance Manager for Purvis Systems. Lisa is excited to have a direct impact on making wishes come true as she maintains strong financial oversight for A Wish Come True.

Hailey Nascimento

Assistant Wish Coordinator /
Family Support Worker

Hailey recently graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. She has great experience working with adults and children and she has already made a huge difference connecting with families. Hailey did her college internship with A Wish Come True last semester and was able to support making dreams come true for multiple families. She is extremely creative and is a wonderful addition to our team!

Joseph Zocco

Development & Communications Coordinator

Joey comes to us with years of experience in social media, content creation and communications. His previous work experience includes being the Office Manager, General Manager and Regional Manager at Launch Trampoline Park. He also started his own business where he runs a sports league in Johnston. He is excited to use his experience to help grow the organization's presence in the community.
