Brooke is a bright, resilient young girl whose strength has inspired everyone around her. Earlier this year, in March 2025, Brooke suffered a major seizure that led to the discovery of a Stage 3 AVM (arteriovenous malformation) in her brain. In July, she underwent brain surgery to remove the AVM, but her journey didn’t end there. Brooke experienced three additional brain bleeds, required multiple blood transfusions, and suffered a stroke during surgery. She faced serious complications and spent an extended period in the ICU fighting to recover. Thanks to her determination, and the incredible care and support of her medical team and family, Brooke is now doing much better and looking forward to brighter days ahead.
Brooke is a twin and the proud sister to three other girls. She loves Hamilton, dogs, and volleyball, and she can spend hours coloring in her favorite Coco Wyo books. When she’s not creating art, she’s probably watching Gilmore Girls or rewatching her favorite Marvel movies with her sisters. Now, Brooke has one big wish: to visit Give Kids the World Village, where she can create joyful, unforgettable memories with her family after everything she’s endured.
