Megan Coughlin joins the team as the Development & Event Manager at A Wish Come True, where she is passionate about building meaningful relationships that help bring hope, joy, and support to children facing life-threatening illnesses and their families.
Prior to joining A Wish Come True, Megan served as a Development Coordinator with the Alzheimer’s Association, where she consistently exceeded fundraising goals, cultivated corporate and community partnerships, recruited and led volunteers, and helped grow awareness and support for the organization’s mission. Her experience also includes grant research and writing, event planning, donor stewardship, social media marketing, and volunteer management.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Event, and Entertainment Management, Megan brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to every project. She is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for donors, sponsors, volunteers, and wish families while strengthening community partnerships that make life-changing wishes possible.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys giving back to her community and is inspired each day by the resilience of the children and families A Wish Come True serves.
