
Johnna Best brings more than 15 years of experience in business administration and operations to A Wish Come True. Her background includes leadership roles as Director of Payroll Operations and Director of Operations in the IT staffing industry, along with providing full-charge bookkeeping for dozens of clients and outsourced controller services. She attended Bryant College and Quinebaug Valley Community College and is currently pursuing her degree toward becoming an Accountant and CPA.
Johnna also brings a strong connection to the Disney experience, with more than 10 years in management at the Disney Store, over 75 visits to the parks, and 200+ VoluntEAR hours supporting children’s charities. Outside of work, she volunteers with the 501st Legion, a Star Wars costuming organization that supports local charitable events, including visits to Connecticut Children’s Hospital—reflecting her passion for service and community impact.
