In Honor and Memory of Michelle Aguiar

 

The unexpected passing of Michelle Aguiar brings a combination of sorrowful thoughts and grateful memories. The Board of Directors and staff at A Wish Come True, Inc. would like to honor Michelle’s memory as our colleague, our friend, and the President of the Board of Directors. Michelle shared her talents and special gifts at A Wish Come True, Inc. through countless hours of volunteer service. It all began when her son Pierce’s wish was granted in April of 2005. Since then she has been actively involved in A Wish Come True, Inc. serving as a member of the Board of Directors, Michelle contributed to the organization’s growth and success. Over the years, she hosted events, volunteered in the office, worked tirelessly in community outreach, encouraged involvement, and strived to make everyone feel welcome.

Michelle’s passion was infectious; she possessed a great sense of humor, and was full of life, love, and joy. She had a special gift of spreading her happiness to everyone she knew and everywhere she went. We extend our sincere condolences to her husband Bill, sons Ian and Pierce, and her entire family. We were fortunate to have worked beside Michelle and we share our deepest appreciation for her many contributions to our organization.
