At A Wish Come True, our mission is about more than granting magical wishes. It is about embracing families as they navigate the unimaginable and walking beside them with compassion and hope.

Through each wish and through the Meghan K. Duffy Memorial Hardship Fund, we provide both joy and critical support, helping families find moments of light and stability during incredibly difficult times.

Jackson's Wish Needs a Sponsor

His Wish is to Stay at Give Kids the World and Visit Disney, Universal, & SeaWorld

Jackson was born with heterotaxy syndrome, a rare and complex heart condition. He underwent open heart surgery at two and a half years old and continues to be closely monitored by specialists.
